Ingredients

2 oz (60 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free boreal gin
½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail Emerald Unicorn Syrup
Lemon slice (for garnish)

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a shaker and mix with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a cooled bowl.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.
