Spritz passion

A bright, sunny spritz that combines Italian bitterness with exotic passion fruit for a fresh aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml NOA Italian aperitif
  • 15 ml Monsieur Cocktail passion fruit syrup or passion fruit nectar
  • 90 ml NOA dry sparkling wine
  • Orange slice (for garnish)

Preparation

  • In a wine glass filled with ice, add the Apéritif and syrup.
  • Stir with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
  • Extend with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with an orange slice.
