Ruby Royal

Fin Soda Camerise is great on its own, but can also be used as a cocktail ingredient! So here's a fruity and tangy recipe, with a purple color and a boreal taste that's sure to delight.

Ingredients

45 ml Dry Gin NOA
15 ml honey syrup (two parts honey, one part water)
15 ml fresh lemon juice
120 ml Fin Soda Camerise

Preparation

In a shaker, combine all ingredients except Fin Soda Camerise.
Add ice cubes and stir for a few seconds.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top up with soda.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.
