Ruby Royal

Fin Soda Camerise can be drunk on its own, but can also be used as a cocktail ingredient! So here's a fried, tangy recipe, with a purple color and a boreal taste that's sure to delight.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Dry Gin NOA
  • 15 ml honey syrup (two parts honey, one part water)
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 120 ml Fin Soda Camerise

Preparation

  • In a shaker, combine all ingredients except Fin Soda Camerise.
  • Add ice cubes and stir for a few seconds.
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top up with soda.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon.
