Alcohol-free Amaretto Sour

Amaretto Sour has just taken a cure... without alcohol. A perfect illusion. You'll be the new star of the party. And what's more, you'll finally be able to get some exercise for that fat underarm of yours, because, as you know, it's all in the shake!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free amaretto
  • 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • A few drops of Angostura bitters

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients vigorously in a shaker.
  2. Open the shaker, add ice and mix again until the mixture is very cold.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve into a cooled glass.
  4. Decorate with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
