Alcohol-free Love & Tonic

This secret isn't well-kept at all: alcohol-free pink gin was created in the first place to pair perfectly with Love tonic with citrus and hibiscus. It's the perfect companion to all things pink, and creates an alcohol-free cocktail that has nothing to envy the alcoholic versions.

Ingredients

1 oz (30 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free pink gin
½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail love tonic
l2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Lime wheel (for decoration)

Preparation

Add the non-alcoholic gin and syrup to a tall glass filled with ice.
Mix with a baguette or bar spoon until very cold.
Complete with sparkling water.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
