Alcohol-free Amaretto Sour with Blueberries and Rosemary

Here, the blueberry in particular blends with the maple syrup of the amaretto to create a real liquid crepe.

Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ oz (45 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free amaretto
  2. ½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail blueberry syrup
  3. ¾ oz (23 ml) fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 egg white
  5. Rosemary (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker, ending with the egg white.
  2. Mix vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and mix again until very cold.
  4. Strain through a fine sieve into a cooled bowl.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
