Alcohol-free Amaretto & Lemon

The classic of classics. The timeless one. The "digestif par excellence" for generations of Quebecers. Unless you live on Mars, you know how this cocktail is the ultimate indulgence. Except this time, it's not only delicious, it's also alcohol-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free amaretto
  • ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon slice (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
