Alcohol-free Bloody Pimento

A disarmingly simple non-alcoholic bloody, but with a taste that just knocked out the simple "virgin caesar". It could also have been called the Bloody Rocky, or the Bloody GSP. We'll leave it up to you.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free boreal gin
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail bloody mix
  • 4 oz (120 ml) clamato
  • Celery stalk, bird’s eye chili (or pickled pepper) and steak spice rim (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Moisten the rim of a tall glass with lime juice and sprinkle with steak spices (rim).
  2. Pour all the ingredients into the glass.
  3. Fill with ice and stir with a spoon until very cold.
  4. Garnish with a chili pepper and a stalk of fresh celery.
