Alcohol-free Boréal Gin & Tonic

With notes of balsam myrtle, spruce and juniper, Boreal alcohol-free gin is the perfect partner for fruity, floral Quebec tonic. Notes of sea buckthorn berries and Labrador tea mingle with forest notes to create a complex, homegrown alcohol-free nectar.

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz (38 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free boreal gin
½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail tonic from Quebec
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Orange or lemon slice (for garnish)

Preparation

Add the non-alcoholic gin and syrup to a tall glass filled with ice.
Mix with a spoon, chopstick or straw until very cold.
Lengthen with sparkling water.
Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange.
