Alcohol-free Strawberry Spritz

We'd never made a Spritz with unicorn syrup before. It took a pandemic and our new alcohol-free orange Aperitivo to dare. And we wonder why we waited so long.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) alcohol-free orange aperitivo from Monsieur Cocktail
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail unicorn syrup
  • 2 oz (60 ml) non-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • 1 oz (30 ml) sparkling water
  • Strawberry (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. In a wine glass filled with ice, add all ingredients (except sparkling wine and sparkling water).
  2. Mix with a stick.
  3. Complete with sparkling water and sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
