Alcohol-free Strawberry Spritz

We'd never made a Spritz with unicorn syrup before. It took a pandemic and our new alcohol-free orange Aperitivo to dare. And we wonder why we waited so long.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz (45 ml) alcohol-free orange aperitivo from Monsieur Cocktail
½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail unicorn syrup
2 oz (60 ml) non-alcoholic sparkling wine
1 oz (30 ml) sparkling water
Strawberry (for garnish)

Preparation

In a wine glass filled with ice, add all ingredients (except sparkling wine and sparkling water).
Mixing with a baguette.
Complete with sparkling water and sparkling wine.
Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
