Bee’s Knees Passion alcohol-free

The spruce and balsam myrtle notes of this non-alcoholic boreal gin pair finely with exotic fruits like citrus, pineapple and, of course, passion fruit. You'll want more. And you'll be able to drive your car without a problem.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free boreal gin
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail Emerald Unicorn Syrup
  • Lemon slice (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and mix with ice.
  2. Strain through a fine sieve into a cooled bowl.
  3. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
