The Clover Club

Dating back to the late 1800s, even before Prohibition, this Philadelphia cocktail was served in the men's club of the same name. Raspberry syrup was very popular at the time, and just as well, since we make the tastiest one yet!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz (38 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free pink gin
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail raspberry syrup
  • ¼ oz (8 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Raspberries (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker and mix vigorously.
  2. Open the shaker, add ice and blend again until the mixture is very cold.
  3. Strain into shaker and blend again without ice, adding emulsifier.
  4. Strain through a fine sieve into a cooled glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
