Spritz Passion

A bright, sunny spritz that combines Italian bitterness with exotic passion fruit for a fresh aperitif.

Ingredients

45 ml NOA Italian aperitif
15 ml Monsieur Cocktail passion fruit syrup or passion fruit nectar
90 ml NOA dry sparkling wine
Orange slice (for garnish)

Preparation

In a wine glass filled with ice, add the Apéritif and syrup.
Stir with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Extend with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
Garnish with an orange slice.
