The Frosted Elf

A refreshing winter mocktail inspired by the magic of the boreal, evoking snowy forests and festive evenings by the fire.

Ingredients

90 ml Göse SA
60 ml spiced spruce beer
30 ml fresh lime juice
Ice cubes (to taste)
Sugar (to frost the rim of the glass)
1 lemon slice
A few fresh or frozen cranberries
1 small sprig fresh rosemary

Preparation

Frost rim of glass with lime juice, then sugar.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour in lime juice.
Top up with Göse SA and spruce beer and stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of lemon, a few cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
