What is the
28-Day Challenge?

It’s a challenge that involves taking a 28-day break from alcohol. Historically held in February, participants can also do it in January this year.

Thousands of Quebecers are supporting each other to raise funds and help the Jean Lapointe Foundation in its mission to collect the funds that allow La Maison Jean Lapointe to actively and significantly support the fight against addictions in Quebec.

This is, for the 13th year, the largest communication campaign dedicated to raising awareness about alcohol consumption in Quebec.

It’s a challenge that feels good.

Doing the Challenge
also means...

Adopting
new habits

They say it takes 21 days to incorporate new habits into our daily lives. By participating in the 28 Day Sober Challenge, you’ll have overcome the toughest part! Now that’s something to be proud of!

Donate to a good cause

By participating in the 28 Day Challenge, each person donates $28 to the cause. This allows us to raise funds to continue helping people directly or indirectly affected by addiction.

Discover
new pleasures

Who said that not drinking for a month was boring? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered throughout the month: we’ll fill your glass with our mocktail recipes; we’ll suggest activity ideas to keep you active and more.
