Alcohol-free Pink Daiquiri

A rum-free Daiquiri? Wait, a pink Daiquiri, with no rum and no alcohol? Are you kidding me? Try it. You're not game.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free pink gin
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail pink unicorn syrup
  • ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • Triangle of watermelon and fresh basil (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, add all the ingredients and fill with ice.
  2. Mix until very cold.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled martini glass or bowl.
  4. Garnish with a triangle of watermelon and a basil leaf.
