Alcohol-free Britz

What is a Britz? It's a Spritz made with sparkling cider rather than sparkling wine (sparkling cider being associated with Brittany). But with the taste of home-grown apples and a non-alcoholic orange aperitivo, it also works wonders.

Ingredients

  • ½ oz (15 ml) alcohol-free orange aperitivo from Monsieur Cocktail
  • ½ oz (15 ml) apple must
  • 1 oz (30 ml) sparkling water
  • Grapefruit slice (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
