Alcohol-free Daiquiri Rose

A rum-free Daiquiri? Wait, a pink Daiquiri, with no rum and no alcohol? Are you kidding me? Try it. You're no game.

Ingredients

1 oz (30 ml) Monsieur Cocktail alcohol-free pink gin
½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail pink unicorn syrup
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
Triangle of watermelon and fresh basil (for garnish)

Preparation

In a shaker, add all the ingredients and fill with ice.
Mix until very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled martini glass or bowl.
Garnish with a triangle of watermelon and a basil leaf.
